Figurative Paintings
Since I began sculpting again, the figure has begun appearing in my paintings. Painting the figure allows me to work with ambiguity and impermanence, letting bodies dissolve, overlap, and re-form in ways that mirror lived experience rather than physical form. It gives me a way to explore presence, fragility, and the psychological weight of the times that we are living in.
